Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and PrimerJobs LLC ("Northstar Claim Help," "we," "us," "our") governing your use of northstarclaimhelp.com, quiz.northstarclaimhelp.com, and any related pages or communications (the "Site"). By using the Site or submitting our form, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What Northstar Claim Help is, and is not

Northstar Claim Help is a private advertising and lead-connection service. We collect information from people who may be interested in pursuing Social Security Disability benefits and connect them with participating law firms and advocates who pay to advertise with us.

We are not:

• a law firm, and we do not practice law or provide legal advice;
• an attorney referral service or a prepaid legal services plan;
• a health care provider, and we do not provide medical advice;
• a financial adviser, and we do not provide financial advice;
• affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Social Security Administration or any government agency.

Submitting our form is not an application for Social Security Disability benefits and creates no application, claim, or filing with the Social Security Administration.

2. You can apply on your own, for free

You are never required to use a lawyer, an advocate, or this Site to apply for benefits. You may apply directly with the Social Security Administration at no cost:

• online at ssa.gov/apply;
• by phone at 1-800-772-1213 (TTY 1-800-325-0778);
• in person at your local Social Security office.

3. No attorney-client relationship

Using the Site, submitting the form, or receiving a call from a participating law firm or advocate does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when you and a law firm or advocate sign a written representation agreement between yourselves. We are not a party to that agreement.

Information you submit through the Site is not protected by the attorney-client privilege and is not confidential in the way a communication with your own lawyer would be. Do not send us confidential or privileged information.

4. Attorney advertising

This Site constitutes ATTORNEY ADVERTISING and a PAID ATTORNEY / ADVOCATE ADVERTISEMENT in some jurisdictions. Participating law firms and advocates pay a fee to receive requests submitted through the Site. We do not recommend, endorse, rate, or vouch for any law firm or advocate, and we make no representation about the quality of their services, their qualifications, or their fitness for your matter. The law firm or advocate your request is directed to is determined by our own routing, availability, and commercial arrangements, not by an assessment of who is best for you.

Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Every case is different. You are responsible for evaluating any law firm or advocate before engaging them.

5. No guarantee of benefits or representation

We make no promise that you will qualify for benefits, that any claim will be approved, that you will receive back pay or any particular monthly amount, or that any law firm or advocate will agree to represent you. Any figures shown on the Site are maximums or illustrations published by the Social Security Administration and are not estimates of your individual entitlement.

6. Eligibility and your responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Site. You agree that:

• all information you submit is accurate, current, and complete;
• the telephone number you provide is your own number and you are its regular user, and you are authorized to give consent to be contacted at it;
• you will notify us if that number is reassigned or is no longer yours;
• you are submitting on your own behalf, or you have the legal authority to act for the person whose information you submit.

7. Consent to be contacted

Consent to receive telephone calls and text messages is optional and is not a condition of using the Site or of receiving any goods or services. Our form may be submitted without it. Where you do consent, the scope of that consent, and how to revoke it, are set out in the disclosure shown next to the consent checkbox, in our Privacy Policy §5, and in our SMS Terms. You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means, including replying STOP, telling a caller to stop calling, or emailing privacy@legalleadaxis.com.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: submit false, stolen, or third-party information without authority; use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or submit to the Site; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; interfere with the Site's operation; use the Site for any unlawful purpose; or reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our written permission.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, design, text, graphics, and marks are owned by PrimerJobs LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Third-party sites and services

The Site links to and integrates with third-party websites and services, including participating law firms and advocates, ActiveProspect (TrustedForm), and the Social Security Administration. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, practices, or the services they provide to you.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON IT IS ACCURATE OR CURRENT. See also our Disclaimer.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PRIMERJOBS LLC NOR ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF BENEFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any law firm or advocate, including the quality of their services, the outcome of any claim, or the manner in which they contact you.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

13. Dispute resolution: arbitration and class action waiver

13.1 Informal resolution first

Before starting arbitration, you agree to email support@northstarclaimhelp.com with a written description of the dispute and the relief you seek, and to allow us 60 days to resolve it informally.

13.2 Agreement to arbitrate

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Site, these Terms, or any communications you receive as a result of your submission will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and not in court, except as provided in §13.5.

13.3 Class action and jury trial waiver

YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party seeking it. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim, and only that claim, will proceed in court.

13.4 Procedure

Arbitration will be conducted in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or by telephone or video at your election, or in your county of residence if you request it. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding. Each party bears its own attorneys' fees unless the arbitrator awards them under applicable law.

13.5 Exceptions

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

13.6 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and by the Federal Arbitration Act as to §13. Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have under the law of your state of residence.

13.7 Your right to opt out of arbitration

You may opt out of §13 by emailing support@northstarclaimhelp.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out," including your name, the email and phone number you submitted, and a statement that you opt out, within 30 days of your first submission. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrimerJobs LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your submission of information you were not authorized to provide, including any claim arising from your provision of a telephone number that is not your own.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections 3, 4, 5, 11, 12, 13, and 14 survive termination.

16. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and SMS Terms, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We may amend these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date; material changes will be noticed on the Site.
