Do Not Sell or Share My Information

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to tell us not to sell or share your personal information, to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted.

How to make a request

Email privacy@legalleadaxis.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and tell us:

• Which request you are making: opt out, access, correction, or deletion.
• Your full name.
• The phone number and email address you submitted, so we can find your record.
• The state you live in.

We will confirm we received your request and respond within the time the law allows. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will not treat you differently for making a request.

Someone acting on your behalf

An authorised agent may make a request for you. We will ask for proof that you gave them permission.

Sensitive information

The questions on this site relate to your health. You may ask us to limit the use of that information using the same email address above.
