Privacy Policy

Effective August 24, 2026 · Last updated August 24, 2026 · Version 1.0

This Privacy Policy explains how PrimerJobs LLC, operating the website Northstar Claim Help ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information you provide through northstarclaimhelp.com and quiz.northstarclaimhelp.com (the "Site").

Read this first. Northstar Claim Help is an advertising and lead-connection service. We share the information you submit with a law firm or advocate so they can contact you about representation. Under California and other state privacy laws, that transfer may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. You can opt out at any time; see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact information: first and last name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, ZIP code, and state of residence.
  • Questionnaire responses, including your age range, work history, employment status, and health-related information such as your medical condition, whether you are receiving treatment or taking medication, how long you expect to be unable to work, the stage of any Social Security Disability application, and whether you already have representation.
  • Communications: messages you send us by email, text, web form, or telephone, including call recordings where permitted by law.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps.
  • Interaction data from cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies, including any session-replay or heatmap tooling we use (see §7).
  • Consent-verification data captured by TrustedForm (operated by ActiveProspect, Inc.) at the moment you submit the form, including the exact disclosure text shown to you, the page URL, timestamp, IP address, user agent, and your checkbox selections.

Sensitive personal information

Some of what we collect is sensitive personal information under California law: information concerning your health, your disability status, your Social Security number if you choose to provide it, and precise geolocation if enabled on your device. See §10 and Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information.

2. We are not a health care provider, and HIPAA does not apply

Northstar Claim Help is not a health care provider, health plan, health care clearinghouse, or a business associate of any of these, and we are not a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA").

The health-related information you provide through our questionnaire is not protected health information under HIPAA, and HIPAA's protections do not apply to it. It is handled under this Privacy Policy, our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, and applicable state consumer privacy and consumer health data laws.

This means the information you submit will be shared with, and used by, the law firm or advocate your request is directed to, and by our service providers, as described below. Your separate relationship with any attorney, advocate, or health care provider is governed by their own privacy practices and professional obligations, not ours.

Please provide only what the questionnaire asks for. Do not send us medical records, test results, or clinical documentation. We do not need them, and you should provide such records directly to the attorney or advocate who represents you.

3. How we use your information
